• 2 prenatal visits where we will discuss your desired birth experience, preparation for childbirth, and practice comfort measures

• Unlimited support by phone, text, or email

• Continuous emotional, informational, and physical support throughout labor and birth. Support can be provided in your home and/or at the place of birth

• In-person support continued immediately following birth, during recovery (approximately two hours)

• One postpartum visit to reflect on your birth experience and provide any additional support needed at that time
